Refund Eligibility

At lunoriventhiax, we want you to feel confident in your investment in personal development. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our educational programs.

Standard Refund Window

All program enrollments are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials.

We understand that sometimes life circumstances change or a program might not align with your expectations. That's perfectly normal, and we're here to work with you.

Programs that qualify for standard refunds include our foundational courses, workshop series, and most digital learning materials. Physical materials that have been shipped may affect your refund amount based on return conditions.

Refund Timeframes

Different programs have varying refund periods based on their structure and delivery method:

Digital Courses

14-day full refund period from date of purchase. After this period, partial refunds may be considered based on completion percentage and individual circumstances.

Live Workshop Series: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the first session begins. Once the series starts, refunds are generally not available, though we may offer credit toward future programs.

One-on-One Coaching Programs: These require 7 days notice for cancellation with full refund. After your first session, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis if the program isn't meeting your needs.

Bundled Programs: Must be returned in entirety within the 14-day window. We can't process partial refunds for individual components of bundle packages.

Special Circumstances

Life happens, and we recognize that sometimes situations beyond your control may affect your ability to participate in our programs.

Medical or Emergency Situations

We offer extended consideration for refunds or program transfers in cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life events. Documentation may be required.

Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing your program materials, we'll work to resolve the issue first. If we can't solve it within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be provided regardless of the standard time limits.

Unsatisfactory Program Quality: While rare, if you feel a program doesn't meet the quality standards described in our marketing materials, we'll investigate your concerns and may offer a full refund even outside normal timeframes.

Duplicate Purchases: Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded in full immediately upon identification, regardless of access time or completion status.

Processing Times and Methods

We process approved refunds as quickly as possible, though timing depends on your payment method:

Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days after approval. The refund will appear as a credit on your next statement or within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your card issuer.

PayPal Refunds: Usually processed immediately and available in your PayPal account within 24 hours of our processing.

Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-7 business days after approval. We'll need your current banking details to process these refunds.

International Transactions

For payments made from outside Australia, processing times may be extended by 2-3 additional business days due to international banking procedures.
